Getting proof of payments/payment receipts from the Verto platform
Step 1
Login to your Verto account at https://exchange.vertofx.com
Step 2
Hover over the left hand sidebar, and click Transactions.
Step 3
Find the transaction you'd like to download a proof of payment for. You can search by transaction reference number, and recipient, and filter by amount, date, status, and currency.
Step 4
Click the Transaction receipt button on the right hand side pop-out, and the receipt will be downloaded instantly!
