To request a proof of payment, or an MT103 (SWIFT copy), please follow the steps below:
Find the transaction which you want to request an MT103 for on, from your Transaction History, or from your ‘Accounts & Wallets’ section.
Click on the transaction which you would like to request an MT103 for.
Click the “Chat with Frank” button, as shown in the screenshot below.
Choose "I want to request an MT103/Proof of payment" as the reason for your request from the drop down menu, and enter a message explaining your issue in as much detail as possible. Click “CREATE SERVICE REQUEST” to submit your request, and a member of our team will respond within one working day.
