Acknowledging a payment you have sent in

To ensure a smooth and expedited transfer process with Verto, it is imperative to acknowledge your fund transfers.

Regrettably, we are unable to proceed with top-ups or transfers until the incoming payment has been acknowledged. Failure to do so may lead to delays in processing your transfer.

To facilitate the fastest possible transaction time, kindly take a moment to acknowledge the sending of funds to Verto. By promptly confirming your payment, you enable us to swiftly process your transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

How to acknowledge an inward transfer

Step 1

Log in to the Verto platform.

Step 2

After logging into the platform, Click on the "Collect & Hold button", on the far left of the screen, then select "pending requests"

Step 3

Proceed to select the Transaction you would like to acknowledge, scroll down the page, and click the button named, "I have transferred"
