Creating recipients on the Verto platform is easy and secure. We validate beneficiary details to help ensure that the details are correct, and reduce the number of failed payments.

Create a recipient

Step 1

Log in to the Verto platform.

Step 2

Select the Customer Hub icon, the fifth icon down on the left.

Step 3

Select the Beneficiary drop down, to reveal the My Accounts and My Recipients sections. Then, choose:

  • My Accounts if you are adding a recipient which is a bank account in the name of your organisation, or the the owner of your company.

  • My Recipients if you are adding a recipient which is another organisation's or individual's bank account.

Step 3

Choose Add Bank Account.

Step 4

From the drop down menu, choose the currency you would like to pay this recipient.

Then, choose a company, an individual, or my organisation as the beneficiary type. Choose:

  • A company - if you're paying a company which isn't your company.

  • An individual - if you're paying an individual.

  • My organisation - if you're paying your own company.

After this, choose a payment method:

  • Local bank - if you're paying a bank account in the domestic country of the currency e.g. paying USD to a bank account in the USA.

  • International bank transfer - if you're paying a bank account outside domestic country of the currency e.g. paying USD to a bank account in China.

Step 3

Enter the bank details of your recipient. Once the country and SWIFT code is filled in, the bank name and address will be filled in automatically.
