How do I receive payments to my EUR local account?

A EURO bank account allows you to receive and send EUR locally. Follow these steps to receive payments using your EUR account.

Open a EURO account

First, you’ll need to open a EURO bank account on VertoFX. If you haven’t please follow the steps here to open your EURO bank account.

Locate your account details

To locate your EURO account details, select the EURO currency and visit the bank account details page.

Provide your account details

Once your EURO account is open, you will need to provide your account details to the person or entity that will be sending you payments.

This will typically include

  • Recipient BIC: BIC is the acronym for Business Identifier Code. This code locates any given member bank in the SWIFT network.

  • IBAN: The unique number identifying the account.

  • The account name: The name of the bank account owner.

  • The Bank Name: The bank that Verto is using to issue the IBAN.

You can click on copy account details to copy and share with the person or entity that will be sending you payments.

Receive payments

Once you have provided your account details, you should be able to receive payments into your EUR account.
