Open an NGN account

First, you’ll need to open a Nigerian Naira bank account on VertoFX. If you haven’t please follow the following steps listed here to open your account.

Locate your account details

To locate your NGN account details, select local account, your NGN wallet and visit the bank account details page.

Provide your account details

Once your NGN account is open, you will need to provide your account details to the person or entity that will be sending you payments. This will typically include:

  • Account Name - Verto (Your registered name with Verto)

  • Account Number - typically 10 digit

  • Bank Name - Providus

In some cases a sort code or CBN code is required this is 101 for Providus bank. If branch and area codes are required it is 101152022
