Keeping Your Verto Account Secure

Updated this week

We believe you should always be in control of your account. We introduced Device Management to give you clear visibility and instant control over every device that has access to your Verto account. This ensures maximum security, especially if you lose a device or use a public computer.

Where Can I See My Logged-In Devices?

You can find this new security control right in your settings:

  1. Go to Account Settings.

  2. Select Security.

  3. Click on Where you’re logged in.

What Information Will I See About Each Device?

In the "Where you’re logged in" section, you will see a simple list showing:

  • Device Type: What kind of phone or browser was used (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Google Chrome (macOS)).

  • Location: The city where the device last accessed your account (based on its IP address).

  • Last Login: The most recent date and time that device was active.

How Do I Remove Access from an Old Phone or Browser?

You have two easy ways to remove access from devices you no longer use or recognize:

1. Logging Out a Single Device

To remove access for one specific device (like an old laptop or a shared computer):

  • Find the device in the list and click the "Logout" button next to it.

  • Confirm your choice in the pop-up window.

  • The device will be instantly removed from the list and must log in again to regain access.

2. Logging Out of All Devices at Once

If you suspect unauthorized access or just want to secure everything after a password change:

  • Click the "Logout everywhere" option at the bottom of the list.

  • Confirm your choice.

  • Important: This action will log out all devices except the one you are currently using. Every other device will need your password to sign in again.

What Happens After I Log Out Everywhere?

Once you confirm "Logout everywhere":

  • All other active sessions are immediately invalidated.

  • You will be automatically logged out of your current device and redirected to the standard login screen to re-authenticate with your email and password.
