How many cards can I create on the Verto Pay mobile app?

At the moment, you can only create one card. The card will be automatically created for you once you become verified.

How to fund your Verto USD virtual card.

To fund your Verto USD virtual card, you need to add funds to your NGN wallet. Your NGN wallet balance will be used to pay for your card transactions.

The funds in your NGN wallet will be automatically converted from NGN to USD at the current Verto rate when you make a card payment.

How can I change my card limits?

You can’t change your card limits at the moment.

How can I see my card limits and spend?

To find your card limits and spend, please follow these steps:

  • Click on view limits on the home screen.

  • View your card spending and limits.

OR

  • Click on the card icon at the bottom of the screen

  • On the card details screen, click on Settings.

  • Click on Spend limit.

  • View your card spending and limits.

Why has my card transaction failed?

There could be several reasons why a card transaction fails. Often it could be just an issue with the merchant but it could also be because you made a transaction for a service/product that we do not support. For a list of services we do not support click here.
