Here are the steps needed to generate your API key and make successful API calls. Before proceeding, ensure that you have API access on production/sandbox. You can find out how to get access here.
First, you need to log into your account
You can go ahead and log into your production/sandbox account using your credentials.
Visit Verto API on the sidebar navigation
Click on Verto API on the sidebar navigation. If you can't see Verto API on the sidebar navigation, please verify that your role allows read and write access to the API feature.
Generate your API credential
Click on the "generate new API key" button to generate your API key and client ID. Proceed to copy the API key and client ID. Remember to copy these immediately, as they will not be displayed again.
Note that, only three API keys can be active at once. To generate a new one, you must delete an existing key.
Ensure all API requests originate from a whitelisted IP address for production API calls. Kindly share your IP address with daniel.torkura@vertofx.com for whitelisting.
