Adding money to your wallet

There are two ways to add money to your wallet:

  • SmartWallet top up - sending money to account details in Verto's name, including your unique SmartWallet ID.

  • Global or local account top up - sending money to your unique account details.

Step 1

  1. Login to your Verto account at https://exchange.vertofx.com

Step 2

Hover over the left hand sidebar, and select Wallets.

Step 3

Select Add now under the Add funds heading.

Step 4

From the dropdown, choose the currency you'd like to add to your wallet.

Step 5a - top up using unique account details

If there are unique account details available for these currencies, you will be shown these. Simply send money to these details, and the money will be added to your wallet as soon as the money is received.

Step 5b- SmartWallet top up

If you don't have unique account details, you'll need to include a reference - your unique SmartWallet ID - when sending to the account details. Money you send from your own bank account to the details shown here, with your SmartWallet ID, will be added to your wallet when the money is received.

That's it! Just send the money to these details, and the money will be in your wallet swiftly.
