Making a Payment from your Wallet
This guide will walk you through how to make a payment from any of your currency wallets to recipient of your choice.
Please Note: This guide is intended for withdrawing or sending funds from your wallet in the same currency. In case you need to withdraw funds or make a payment in another currency, you can use our Convert & Pay feature.
Step 1
Login to your Verto account at https://exchange.vertofx.com and ensure you are using the Lightning Experience.
Step 2
Click the “Payments” icon in the toolbar on the left of your screen.
Step 3
Click the “Send money” button underneath “Send: Wallet to bank”.
Step 4
Use the dropdown menu to select the Currency and Wallet you want to send money from, and enter the amount you wish to send.
You can also click the calendar button to select a date and time to schedule this payment for. Click continue when done.
Step 4
You now need to select the recipient (beneficiary) for your payment. You can either send to another bank account, or send to another business on Verto using V-Pay.
If you'd like to send to another bank account, choose from a list of recipients already added on your account, or click the “Add recipient” button to add a new one with their bank details.
If you'd like to send to another company using Verto, click "Send to another Verto business".
You also need to use the dropdown menu to select a Purpose of Payment.
A reference can be added to be included on the payment. You can also add supporting documents (e.g. an invoice) if you have one.
Click the blue “Send to bank account” button to confirm the payment, and it will be transferred!
