There are a few ways to raise a request. You can raise a request from the Chat with Frank section on the sidebar, or to raise a request on a specific transaction, you can do so from your Transaction History section, or from your Accounts & Wallets section.
How to make a request on a specific transaction:
Find the transaction which you want to make a request on, from your Transaction History, or from your ‘Accounts & Wallets’ section.
Click on the transaction which you would like to raise a request for.
Click the “Chat with Frank” button, as shown in the screenshot below.
Choose the reason for your request from the drop down menu, and enter a message explaining your issue in as much detail as possible. Click “CREATE SERVICE REQUEST” to submit your request, and a member of our team will respond within one working day.
How to make a general request (not about a specific transaction):
Click “Chat with Frank” from the sidebar on the left, or on the top of the page.
Click “Add New Request” on the top right.
Select the reason for the service request from the drop down menu, type in your query, and click “Create service request”! You will receive a response to your request within 24 hours, and you will be notified by email when a member of our team responds.
