To register we typically require a few documents, this is so that we can verify business and get using VertoFX.
These can be broken down into two areas.
Business Documents:
Certificate of Incorporation/ Formation Certificate (more information)
Shareholding Structure (Org Chart/ Shareholder Register), preferably issued by a government authority (more information)
Proof of Business Operating Address (more information)
We may also ask for other documents, these will be outlined by a member of our compliance team after signup.
We also require documents for anyone who owns 25% or more of the company, and any individual who will be controlling the account as a director or Head of Department.
