How to Get a Proof of Payment for Your Transaction on Verto

You can now access proof of payment for transactions made in USD, KES, NGN, and GBP. With this feature, you can quickly resolve issues if a beneficiary has not received their payment—no need to contact support for proof of payment. Here’s everything you need to know.

What Is a Proof of Payment ID?

A proof of payment ID is a unique identifier attached to your transaction. It allows both you and your beneficiary to track payments and confirm their status.

How to View Proof of Payment on Verto

Log in to the Verto platform.

Once your transaction has been sent, completed or paid out successfully. Please use your login credentials to log into the Verto platform successfully.

Click on “Transactions” on the sidebar.

Once you have successfully logged in, hover on the sidebar, and proceed to click on transactions on the sidebar.

Select the transaction you want to view.

You should be on the transactions page by now. On the transactions page, search or scroll to the transaction you want to get the proof of payment for and click on it.

Find the proof of payment ID displayed below the transaction details.

After clicking on the transaction, you will see the proof of payment ID below the transaction details. Copy to use or share with your beneficiary.

Please note that you can only get proof of payment for a transaction that has been completed or paid out successfully.
