How do I complete the "Shareholder Information" section?

Updated today

Shareholder verification is a critical part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. It helps us confirm the identities of individuals who own or control a significant portion of your business, which is a regulatory requirement to prevent financial crime and ensure a secure platform for all users.

You will be prompted to add details for any individual who owns 25% or more of your company. If no individual meets this threshold, the system requires verification for any two directors to suffice.

You can add shareholders in two ways:

  • Add Individual Owner: Use this option to add a single person who owns a portion of the company.

  • Add Entity Owner: Use this for a business that owns a portion of your company. You will be required to provide business information for the entity.
