How to use the Multi-User Email Notifications Feature

For accounts with multi-user access enabled, the types of email notifications received by each user on the account can be customised. Super Admin, Admin, and users with “Manage Team” permissions are able to customise which notification categories are received by each user on their account.
The exception is that only Super Admins can change their own notifications.

Admin, Compliance and Finance notification categories must each be received by at least one user on an account. This does not mean that one user must receive all three notification categories, but across the users on an account, one of these three notification categories must be received by at least one user.


Follow the below steps to setup the notifications:

1)Login to the Verto Platform.

2)Navigate to the "Account Settings" tab on the left hand side of the Dashboard and click on it.


3)Click on the "Team" tab


4)Click on "Add User" button


5)Enter the user's details, select a role then select the notifications you would like to assign to them from the dropdown


6)Once you have selected the notifications you would like the user to receive, click on the "add user" button


7)The user will then receive an email asking them to setup their password so that they can login



The notification categories that can be selected are shown in the table below.

Inbound Payments

Alerts relating to payments received into your Verto account

Outbound Payments

Alerts relating to payments sent from your Verto account


  • Creating an outbound transaction

  • Outbound transaction completed

  • Outbound transaction sent (from bank)

  • Cancelling outbound transaction

Transaction Approvals

Alerts for a transaction awaiting approval by a transaction approver


  • Alert that a transaction is awaiting approval

Treasury

Updates and alerts related to managing treasury such as Account Statements and Low balance Warnings


  • Account Statements

  • Low balance warning
