Adding shareholders for virtual and physical cards
To order virtual or physical cards, you will need to have a shareholder present on your account. Follow the steps below to learn how to do this:
Step 1
Log in to the Verto platform.
Step 2
On the top right hand side, click your name. A drop down menu will open. Then, click My Profile.
Step 2
Click the Shareholder tab.
Step 3
If the shareholder which you want to order a card for isn't visible, click add shareholder.
Otherwise, click the pencil icon next to the shareholder you would like to change the details for.
Step 4
Enter the correct details, and tick "Is a shareholder?". Then click Submit changes for approval.
