You can now convert and send funds at your desired rates by following the easy steps outlined below:

Log into the platform, and click on the "Convert" button, second on the top left of your screen:

Proceed to select "At desired Rate", and the screen below will display:

Proceed to input the amounts you wish to sell and buy, the click on "Book trade".

You will be prompted to confirm the action, and thereafter presented with a unique reference number, starting with EL; You can use this to follow up on your trade.
