Converting money and storing it in a Verto wallet
When making a conversion with Verto, you can either pay the money out to a recipient right away, or you can deposit it into your Verto wallet, to pay out at a later date. This guide shows you how to convert and deposit the money into a wallet.
Step 1
Log in to the Verto platform.
Step 2
From the left hand sidebar, select the Convert button.
Step 3
Click on Convert & Pay in the left hand sidebar.
Step 4
Select Wallet or Bank transfer under the I want to fund from text, depending on whether you would like to pay for the currency conversion using money already in your wallet, or by transferring the money to Verto from your external bank account.
Choose the currencies you would like to convert from and to.
Enter the amount of the currency you would like to convert from or to, and if you are happy with the rate, click Continue.
Step 5
Under the Select recipient section, click Send to currency wallet. If you would like to deposit the money into a wallet which isn't your default, choose the wallet from the dropdown.
Under Purpose of Payment, choose Wallet Top Up.
There is no need to add a reference or supporting documents when you are depositing funds from a conversion to your wallet.
Click Send to wallet.
Step 6
You will be prompted to enter a one-time password which will have been sent your your phone. Enter this password and click continue. If it's correct, the conversion will be complete, and the money should be instantly available in your wallet.
