If you've forgotten your password, you can follow the steps below to get it recovered quickly:

Go to <a href="https://exchange.vertofx.com/auth/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://exchange.vertofx.com/auth/login</a>.

Click "Forgot password", as shown in the screenshot below

Enter your email address associated with your Verto account, and click Reset My Password. An password reset email will be sent.

In the email sent, click Reset My Password.

 Enter your new password into the fields shown. Please note that your new password must meet the following requirements:

- The password must be eight characters or longer
- The password must contain at least 1 uppercase alphabetical character
- The password must contain at least 1 numeric character
- The password must contain at least one special character

Click "Login" and your password will be reset, and you can log in to the platform using your new password.

1. Go to <a href="https://exchange.vertofx.com/auth/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://exchange.vertofx.com/auth/login</a>.
2. Click "Forgot password", as shown in the screenshot below
 
 
3. Enter your email address associated with your Verto account, and click Reset My Password. An password reset email will be sent.
 
 
 
4. In the email sent, click Reset My Password.

5. Enter your new password into the fields shown. Please note that your new password must meet the following requirements:
 - The password must be eight characters or longer
 - The password must contain at least 1 uppercase alphabetical character
 - The password must contain at least 1 numeric character
 - The password must contain at least one special character
 
 
 
6. Click "Login" and your password will be reset, and you can log in to the platform using your new password.
