I have made a mistake on my transfer, what should I do?

If you have made a mistake on a transfer please call us on +44 (0) 20 3318 0261 as soon as you can.

We are normally able to rectify the mistake if we have not sent the transfer yet, but it is important that you contact us as soon as possible.

We also recommend contacting our support team in writing if you do not have time to call us.
