I have added money to my wallet can you confirm?

We add funds to wallets as soon as we receive them - however, due to the payment infrastructure around the world it can take up to 24 hours after you have sent the money for it to arrive with us. We can not add funds to your account until this has occurred.

If it has been longer than 24 hours then please contact our support team who will look into this for you.
