Find out how you can add a stablecoin beneficiary to send stablecoins to from Verto.

Note: Only Stablecoin eligible clients have access to this feature, please join our waiting list here.

When you instruct a USD withdrawal in stablecoins, they are converted from your USD Verto balance to stablecoins within minutes and instantly sent to your blockchain wallet. Verto enables the ability to transact USDC and USDT via the Ethereum (ERC-20) network, with the Tron network (TRC-20) being introduced later in 2025.

You have to first create a USD stablecoin beneficiary, just like you do when you add a bank or mobile money beneficiary. These stablecoin beneficiaries are saved on the platform, ready for you to securely use again without you having to copy and paste the wallet address for every transaction.

To create a stablecoin beneficiary, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Navigate to Beneficiaries tab by using the side bar on the left hand side.

Step 2

Click on + Add Beneficiary.

Step 3

Select USD as the currency

Note: You can't search by USDC or USDT here, select USD.

Step 4

Select the Beneficiary Type and then select Stablecoin as the Payment Method.

Step 5

You may be asked to provide details on the beneficiary you are sending to, such as the name and address.

Step 6

Provide details on the beneficiary blockchain wallet such as the stablecoin, the blockchain, the wallet address, and how the wallet is hosted.

Note: If you wish to send more than one stablecoin to the same wallet, you can add the beneficiary again with a different stablecoin selected.

Example below:

Step 7

Check the details and click Add Account to create the stablecoin beneficiary.

Now the stablecoin beneficiary is viewable from the Stablecoin tab on the Beneficiaries page and ready for stablecoin payments to be sent to it.
