To change your pricing plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Verto platform.

  2. Click the "Subscriptions" tab on the left hand sidebar of the Verto platform, as shown in the screenshot below.

  3. Once you have decided which plan you would like to change to, click either one of the "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" buttons depending on which plan you wish to change to. If you would like to discuss a Custom plan with our team, click the "Contact Us" button to book a meeting.

  4. Click "Continue and select plan", and your new pricing plan will become active. If fees are applicable, you will be charged directly from your Verto USD wallet at a pro-rate for the rest of the month (e.g. if there are 10 days remaining in the month and you have chosen the Emerging plan, you will be charged $32.26 for this 10 day period). On the first day of the next month, you will be charged the full rate for that month (e.g. $100 for the emerging plan).

When you make changes to your current pricing plan, the existing allowances will simply increase/decrease to match the features/allowances of the new pricing plan.

Fees paid for transactions made before the changing date will not be refunded, so take note!

You will be unable to downgrade your pricing plan if you already exceeded the payment allowances of the pricing plan you are downgrading to. For example, if the current plan you are on has 10 free international payments and you only have 4 free international payments left then you will be unable to downgrade to a plan that has only 5 free international payments. You would have to wait for the allowances to be refreshed in the next calendar month before downgrading.
