To change the phone number on your account, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Verto platform.
Navigate to the top right of the platform, and click the arrow to the right of your company name to reveal the drop down menu. Click "My Profile" from the drop down menu.
Click the "Edit" button on the "My Profile" screen.
Type your new mobile number into the "Mobile Number" field, and click "Submit Changes for Approval". The new phone number will be approved by our team within one working day.
