Industry: You'll be asked to specify the industry your business operates in, with suggested options like "IT consulting," "Software development," "Regulated Money Service Businesses," and more.
Payment Flows: This section asks about your typical payment routes. You will need to specify where your payments are coming from and where they are going to by selecting the relevant countries. The system will then indicate which countries are eligible for transactions.
Reason for Transactions: You will be prompted to select the reasons for your international transfers (e.g., "Paying or receiving from clients," "Paying suppliers or vendors," or "Business operations or expansion"). You can select multiple reasons.
Transaction Volume: We'll ask you to provide an estimated monthly volume for both receiving and sending funds. This helps us gauge your scale of operations. The options are provided in tiered ranges (e.g., $0 to $9.9K, $10K to $49.9K).
Business Relationships: You'll be asked about who you conduct transactions with—whether it's your "Own bank account," "Other businesses," or "Both."
