Looking to upgrade your account, so you can get access to more features?

How do I upgrade to max so I can get access to all features?

  • Click on the icon on the top-left corner of the your screen (hamburger menu)

  • You will see the upgrade button at the top of the side navigation bar.

  • Click on the upgrade button.

  • Swipe right to the max account level

  • Click on Get max

  • Proceed to log into the web platform

  • Submit all the required information and documents

  • We will inform you about the status of your upgrade between 24 to 48 hours. Our team will reach out for further information incase of any issues.

Please note that upgrading is only available on web platform (exchange.vertofx.com)

How do I see the status of my upgrade?

After you have submitted all the required information and documents, you can log into the web platform to check the status of your upgrade.

How will I know that I have been upgraded?

You will get an email informing you. Also, you will have access to all the features when you log into the mobile or web platform.
