23/05/2022 - 21:01 - For users with GBP accounts, as part of our fix you will not be able to make transfers directly out of our GBP account. Please first transfer funds to your wallet using the "Transfer funds to wallet" feature and then make a payment to your beneficiary from there.

23/05/2022 - 20:42 - We have released a fix of the issue affecting inbound payments to named accounts. This change is being rolled out across client accounts. Please be aware this process is stagged and it may take some time to take effect for all clients (up to 24hrs).

23/05/2022 - 08:16 - We have been working hard over the weekend to get named accounts up and running. We expect the issue to be resolved imminently.

21/05/2022 - 17:43 - Outbound & Inbound Wallet payments now have very limited delays, and we have successfully switched all outbound "At Verto Rate" orders to other corresponding banks and payment partners. Payment of Behalf of payments is still unavailable. Named accounts (GBP, EUR, USD) are unavailable, incoming funds sent to these will be automatically returned to the sender during this time.

20/05/2022 - 16:05 - We are still working with our banking partner to our named account services up and running. We have pushed a number of fixes to our system which means inbound and outbound Wallet payments, Exchange Now orders, and Exchange Later orders are now going out with limited delays via our other corresponding banks. Please still allow for delays of up to 72 hours as a precaution as part of your business processes.

19/05/2022 - 06:32 - We have been alerted to several Verto users who use out-of-date “Bank Details” when making payments to Verto.

Please ensure you use the account number displayed during the “At Verto Rate" or "At Your Desired Rate” ordering process to pay for your conversion. Kindly ensure you use the account number displayed during the “Top-up” process to add funds to your wallet. If funds are sent to an incorrect account number, we will be unable to process the trade.

19/05/2022 - 06:12 - This technical issue is affecting some of our outbound payments including USD EUR and GBP. This means you will not be able to receive or send payments from your business-named accounts.

19/05/2022 - 12:05 - We started experiencing technical issues which are affecting you and many other users, but, we’re doing everything within our capacity to resolve them.

As such, customers should expect some delays up to 72 hours for us to process your payments.
